Vendor Code of Conduct
In order for our suppliers and manufacturers to understand our standards and expectations, RETEX has established a Vendor Code of Conduct. We expect that each of our vendors act in accordance with all applicable laws and regulations when manufacturing products to be sold internationally and to RETEX’s members.

The Code reflects our own high standards around ethical sourcing, which embrace internationally recognized principles designed to protect the interests of the workers who manufacture products and materials used by our members. These principles have been informed by, and in many instances incorporate, human rights, labor rights and anti-corruption standards enunciated by the United Nations, the International Labor Organization and other respected international bodies.
By signing up with Retex, Retex Suppliers agree to comply with the Retex Vendor Code of Conduct.
